reasonable distanceinadequate insulationstreet sounds
the location proved acceptable, being within a reasonable distance of the city centre.
The room allocated was excessively compact. Moving around the space proved difficult. additionally, the noise insulation was inadequate. Street sounds and pub noises permeated the room late into the night. earplugs did little to alleviate the disturbance (which i found quite irritating).

i found the room quite noisy. the noise from the street was significant late at night, and delivery trucks were quite active early in the morning. sleep was difficult because of the constant noise outside.
